Molly Maid franchisees win top award

Molly Maid franchisees have won the top prize at their local business awards. Owners of Molly Maid Berwick Lorna James and Denise Walker have won New Business of the Year in the Business Awards for Wansbeck.

On winning the award, Lorna says: 'We are stunned and thrilled, because we are women of a certain age it makes winning the New Business of the Year more special to us. It is never too late to succeed in your own business - I would advise anyone to do it.'

Business partners Lorna and Denise began looking into franchising with Molly Maid two and a half years ago. Since then they have built up a their business providing a cleaning service to domestic customers.
