'The focus for Molly Maid is twofold: strengthening the support team and evolving the systems to help our franchise owners grow their business, and Jonathan brings considerable expertise across the full range of business disciplines,' says Pam Bader OBE, Chief Executive Officer of Molly Maid UK. 'As the UK's leading domestic cleaning franchise brand we need to continually look at ways to challenge the way we operate, and we see this appointment as being central to this requirement.'

Jonathan's responsibilities include heading up a team of Business Advisers at Molly Maid UK's support office based in Taplow, near Maidenhead. First off though, priorities include reviewing the support available to new Molly Maid franchisees and inputting his expertise into a number of forthcoming new initiatives. 'It's been a privilege to have been associated with two great franchise companies,' says Jonathan.

'Kall Kwik, the 2005 bfa Franchisor of the Year, and energie fitness clubs, finalists in the 2005 bfa Brand Builder of the Year. Molly Maid has an exemplary reputation in the UK franchise industry and this opportunity has given me the chance to step up with the best in the business.'
