Mortgage Force awarded Full bfa membership
Mortgage Force Ltd, the award winning mortgage intermediary franchise, has received the highest level of British Franchise Association (bfa) membership.
To achieve Full membership the company had to complete a detailed and intense vetting process. Nic Lewis, Franchise and Operations Director says: 'Full members are established franchise businesses that are prepared to have their reputation examined by the bfa and can prove that they have developed their businesses with sufficient franchisees trading at levels that make for a stable, sustainable and profitable network.'
Established in 2000, Mortgage Force quickly became a leading mortgage intermediary franchise. In 2005 the company was voted the UK's 'Best Mortgage Broker' (2005) by the industry, through the Mortgage strategy awards, and by consumers, through the Mortgage Magazine awards. The company's credibility and standing in the marketplace was further enhanced in 2006 when it won the 'UK Best Mortgage Broker' for the second time as voted for by the consumer, and also received the 'UK best Regional Broker award in the Mortgage Strategy awards.
Mortgage Force currently has over 150 franchisees and business writers providing high quality, professional, face-to-face advice to valued clients across the UK. Nic believes that, with a vibrant and exciting housing market and increasing demand for new and innovative mortgage products, the need for quality mortgage advice remains high.
'Mortgage Force continues to receive record numbers of enquiries from people looking to enter this rewarding and fast moving industry. Mortgage Force still has a number of marketing areas available waiting for those people who can see the long-term value represented by the mortgage industry and are keen to help consumers fund and secure a new home or investment, and at the same time be well rewarded for providing a professional service and delivering quality advice and guidance.'
