Mr Milburn attained this position after developing a sterling reputation as a capable businessman with his company Highway Windscreens UK. He diversified the windscreen business into commercial and domestic glazing before a FTSE 250 company completed its lucrative acquisition.
Mr Milburn is extremely well regarded in the UK business world and has twice been a finalist for the Ernest and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award and was a non-executive chairman for ACS Building and Maintenance Services.
