Mundays appoints new partner of Corporate Finance

Mundays LLP Solicitors has appointed Neale Andrews as a partner in the company's corporate and banking department. Neal was chosen because he specialises in mergers and acquisitions, banking and other corporate finance and debt restructuring work. He also provides commercial and intellectual property advice to companies in different sectors.

Mundays Managing Partner Val Toon comments: 'The firm is hugely excited about Neale joining the team. It means the firm now has five partners and a further 12 lawyers in its Corporate and Commercial practice. Prior to his appointment, Neale was the Managing Partner at the Guildford Office of Laytons for four years. He also has many years of experience working for the Corporate Team at their London office.
