No Letting Go opens first Northern office

Inventory Management franchise No Letting Go has launched its first franchise in the North, which is based in Newcastle Upon Tyne and run by Jamie Reddihough.

Jamie already has experience of the property industry having completed a course in Property, Agency and Surveying at the Royal Agricultural College and later running his own business buying, selling and renting out properties for three years.

Restless with his business, Jamie decided to research the franchising route and came across No Letting Go, a company that would utilise his previous experience and skills. Newcastle had a gap in the market for another lettings service company with only one Independent Inventory Clerk registered to a student population of 40,000 and so Jamie decided to invest.

Jamie has already made plans to open a further two offices located in Gateshead and Sunderland/ Durham over the next two years, while continuing to build up and establish the Newcastle office.
