No+Vello clinic doubles in size under new franchise owner
No+Vello Islington was set-up as the brand’s pilot centre by the businesses Spanish owners.
The pilot store went through a successful two years and was purchased by now manager Natalie Lovitz in August this year. Since her arrival and under Natalie’s leadership it has continued to go from strength-to-strength.
A store re-fit in October has led to the clinic doubling in size, with all new signage, furniture and a second room all added. The expansion has led to a dramatic increase in sales. The re-fit has been so successful that within three weeks of opening, sales have gone up 40 per cent.
Lovitz said: “As manager, I could see the potential of the business and knew that, with more control, I could really bring it out. It was a mutual decision between the owners and myself to buy the business – they were living abroad and couldn’t spend as much time at the clinic as they’d have liked.”
Lovitz explained how successful the re-fit has been: “Since the refit the clinic has just been really busy. The second room has helped tremendously – there was a huge demand for it. I’ve noticed a real readiness in the area to try out cutting-edge beauty treatments, and that’s exactly what we have to offer.“
