Northwood strengthens franchisee support team

Supporting its continued nationwide expansion, property-based franchise Northwood has strengthened its franchise support team. Nicholas Cooper, former National Franchise Manager, has been promoted to Franchise Director.

'Nicholas's vast experience of franchising with Northwood and 25 years in the property sector - opening 48 franchised offices in his previous employment - will be invaluable to the development of the network,' comments MD Andy Goodson.

Vikki Alexander, who joined Northwood just over a year ago after a 15-year long career with Price Waterhouse Cooper, has been promoted to Franchise Support Manager. 'Vikki's experience in accounting and taxation, complemented by her excellent interpersonal skills, is proving to be a useful asset,' adds Andy.

Ann-Christin Lorentsen has been promoted to Training Manager and Linda Burgess to Franchise Auditor. The comprehensive six-week training course and detailed annual audit ensures all Northwood franchisees are compliant.
