Steve brings 10 years' worth of sales and marketing experience to the network and has worked with national broadcast operators and well-known brands. His role will be to co-ordinate the briefing process between franchisees and designers.

Steve says: 'Good design is all about customer experience and too many websites are being put together by people from I.T backgrounds, rather than sales and communications. What impressed me about ORCA is that their web designers and copywriters all have extensive experience working with national service providers and retailers. They bring that big-brand expertise to every ORCA franchisee customer.'

Development of the franchisees' customer base is well under way, with an extensive range of business providers. These include fashion boutiques, car dealerships and care homes to insurance providers.

ORCA's Managing Director Dean Watmough comments: 'The company has 40 franchisees nationwide and an extensive list of applications from potential franchisees. As the national network grows, we are expanding the team of professional web designers to meet demand.'
