The company has developed a new consumer targeted product range and a new website that is optimised for use on mobile devices such as iPhones and tablets.
In the technology arena, the newly optimised mobile site will enable customers to comfortably access the Ovenclean website on any mobile device that they choose. With 55 per cent of Ovenclean's enquiries currently made online and an increase of over 168 per cent in visits to its website year-on-year, the decision to redevelop the website was an important one.
Continuing with the customer focus, Ovenclean has also launched its first range of cleaning products so that customers can maintain their oven's cleanliness and shine between cleans. The new range is now available for franchise owners to sell, thus adding another income stream.
