Papa John's continues to chart network growth

Papa John's is to open 10 new takeaway outlets by the end of the year as part of its nationwide expansion plan. Following its successful third quarter in trading, Papa John's is also on the look out for new franchisees to develop the pizza brand in major cities including Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Manchester.

Managing Director of Papa John's Ian Saunders (pictured) says: 'The current economic climate is having a positive effect on business, because takeaway pizza is seen as an affordable treat. With disposable income limited, people may not be able to afford to eat out regularly but can afford a take away pizza and great customer service without stretching the budget.

'We are looking for franchisees with good customer service skills and ideally a background in the food service because otherwise working unsociable hours can come as a bit of a shock! We offer franchisees a comprehensive franchise package with full support and training every step of the way.'
