In 1993 my modest independent pizza franchise was acquired by Perfect Pizza. With their help, the operational standards, product quality and profits went from strength to strength.

The support given by Perfect Pizza was really motivating and their promotional ideas, both locally and nationally, were very inspiring. So a year later, I bought my second franchise. Perfect Pizza's view is that we are one big team and, unlike many other pizza chains, they never charge for training or assistance in marketing and general support.
