Property investment franchise Platinum Property Partners (PPP) has announced its Return on Investment figures are up by 1.5 per cent on the previous year.

Platinum Property Partners 2010 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) has shown that Return on Investment yields are now at 16 per cent, which is an increase from 14.5 per cent the year before.

According to the company, the KPI increase indicates that its franchise owners are receiving higher returns than expected. Steve Bolton, founding partner of PPP, said: “Our continued success demonstrates the strength of the PPP business model.”

PPP is a business franchise that enables its clients to buy, refurbish and rent out residential UK investment properties in the most profitable way possible. There are currently over 80 PPP franchise owners operating in 55 towns and cities across the UK, making it one of the fastest growing property investment franchises in the UK.
