Andy Hart, Printing.com, Glasgow South

In 2004 I recognised a need to expand my horizons and felt that with no experience of running a larger business I would benefit from the backing of a successful franchise.

Printing.com
Printing.com was one of the few management franchises that held my interest and also proposed realistic returns on investment. I worked with my support provider and a Regional Director, who hand-held me through the property process, and before too long I was running my own store on a busy arterial road outside Glasgow.

In the past 18 months of trading I have found that with a degree of entrepreneurial drive, combined with following printing.com methodologies it's easy to generate an excellent level of sales and income. I exceeded my initial first year forecast by 60 per cent and out-performed the standard printing.com business model.
