PCC franchisee secures Renault Ride & Drive contract

Professional Car Cleaning (PCC) franchisee Peter Carmichael (pictured right) has secured a substantial contract from Renault R&D to valet around 500 vehicles over six months at venues across the UK as the Renault Ride & Drive Road Show season gets underway. Peter, who celebrates his two year anniversary with the rapidly expanding PCC network this summer, is being supported on the project by his neighbouring franchisee Wayne Ward.

'This is a fantastic contract for me as well as being great fun!' says Peter. 'As we travel around the country, the PCC brand is having tremendous exposure to the visiting members of the public at the Roadshows, as well as to the local Renault dealers providing the cars in each location. I'm generating leads for the rest of the network as well as benefiting as an individual franchisee from the contract.'

He adds that without Wayne, he would have been struggling to cope with the extra workload. 'I'm already very busy with my regular customers on my own territory,' he says. 'I did consider taking on an employee just for the six month period, but having Wayne working with me instead is the perfect solution - he's already fully trained and we've worked together on various projects previously so both of us benefit. That's the beauty of being part of a strong franchise organisation - plenty of support when you need it!'
