Chester Prontaprint franchisee attracts new business

One year after taking on Prontaprint Chester, franchisees Noel and Nicci McLaughlin have made the centre a business success story by bringing in a raft of new clients and increasing the expenditure of their top 20 clients by over 15 per cent.

To cope with the increase in workload, the centre has installed new equipment worth over £10,000 to ensure continued high standards of customer service and that new services can be offered.

'We're delighted that we've had such a successful year and it makes it even more worthwhile when we receive positive feedback from our clients,' Noel comments.

'The range of equipment we have installed allows us to print digital short-run colour and black and white as well as large format printing for posters. This means that we can offer anything from business cards and document finishing to more complex design solutions, enhanced business proposal documents and personalised marketing material.
