New Head of Franchise Sales for Prontaprint and Kall Kwik

On Demand Communications (ODC) has appointed Caroline Joyce as the new Head of Franchise Sales for Kall Kwik and Prontaprint. Her role will be to oversee the entire franchise sales process for both brands from the planning, selection and recruitment of franchisees to the management and re-sale stage.

With 18 years of experience within the franchise industry and nine of those with the Prontaprint brand, Caroline is well equipped for her new role as Head of Franchise Sales. Caroline joined Prontaprint in 1999. Since then, she has helped create a training and development programme, held the position of Head of Training and HR for both Prontaprint and Kall Kwik and the position as Franchise Development Manager for Kall Kwik.

Caroline says: 'I have always maintained an enthusiastic interest in franchising, which led me to embark on a fast paced and fulfilling career with Kall Kwik and Prontaprint. I am now looking forward to the challenges that the new role will bring - working across both companies to develop an effective franchise sales strategy with the support of the wider team.'
