Rainbow International has bolstered its drive to attract new franchise owners by appointing franchise resales specialist Caroline Joyce to its team.

Joyce, a former Board member with the British Franchise Association, joins the restoration and cleaning company to develop its franchise sales.

Within her new role, Joyce will be accountable for the selection and recruitment of franchise owners, supporting existing franchise owners to prepare their businesses for sale and managing the re-sale process.

Joyce takes up the position following 20 years of experience in franchising – a career, which started with parcel delivery firm City Link, followed by 11 years working for both Prontaprint and Kall Kwik in human resources and franchise sales.

She said: “I have always maintained an enthusiastic interest in franchising, which led me to embark on a fast-paced and fulfilling career with City Link, Prontaprint and Kall Kwik. I am now looking forward to the challenges my new role with Rainbow International will bring – with the support of the wider team.”

Phil Else, Managing Director of Rainbow International – part of ISS Facilities Services Restoration Division, said: “The franchise sales function is a crucial part of a mature franchise as we continue to seek enthusiastic business entrepreneurs to join the ranks.

“Caroline has an impressive portfolio of experience across franchise sales, human resources and training and development, as well as an unparalleled knowledge of the franchise industry following her involvement with the bfa board.”
