Recognition Express: Football Fever Hits Hinckley Franchisor

Hinckley-based Recognition Express is hosting a football tournament in Leicestershire with the aim of raising £10,000 for children's charity WellChild.

The BFA Cup will take place on 1 October at Shepshed Dynamo's ground in Shepshed, Leicestershire. Eight teams, made up of members and guests of the British Franchise Association (BFA) will compete in the 11-a-side matches. The tournament is sponsored by Recognition Express.

WellChild provides support for sick children, whatever their illness, and carries out research into both the prevention and cure of childhood diseases.

Nigel Toplis, managing director of Recognition Express and chairman of the BFA, said: 'I strongly support businesses getting involved in charities. As our nominated charity, WellChild is a fantastic organisation that works hard to benefit children. This summer is full of football, so a tournament seems a great way to raise money - I think it will be a worthwhile, fun day out for everyone taking part and anyone who would like to come along and watch.'
