Revive! gears up for NFE 2014 with franchise owner success in mind
Two franchise owners from cosmetic vehicle repair specialist Revive! have been shortlisted for the prestigious British Franchise Association (bfa) HSBC Franchisee of the Year Awards.
Revive! are specialists with a UK network of accredited technicians repairing minor damage to cars. The company already boasts a number of awards, most recently winning last year’s bfa HSBC Brand Builder of the Year.
Owner of Revive! Bath, Matt Woodall, is up for Young Franchisee of the Year. He established his business five years ago at the age of 21, soon after graduating from university. By 2012, he was ready to take on a second van and his first employee and the business has continued to flourish.
Meanwhile, the Revive! Cambridge franchise owner is a finalist in the Outstanding Customer Service category. In seven years, owner Nathan Holmes has grown his business from ‘one man in a van’ to a five-vehicle fleet – including a specialist wheels van – operated by six technicians. Customer satisfaction is a central focus of the £400,000 turnover business.
Mark Llewellyn, Managing Director of Revive!, said the pair are already regarded as high-calibre franchise owners within the network. “They are both powerful role models, both for our network and the franchise industry as a whole.” Winners will be announced at a black-tie dinner hosted by Steph McGovern on 2 October.
