Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Clubs franchise introduces new class
Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Clubs, which provides diet and fitness advice to members, has strengthened its franchise by offering a new Kids 2 programme.
Kids 2 is a six-week programme that enables a child over the age of 10 years and a parent to attend classes together. The pair participate in fun activities, which offer practical and motivational advice, take part in nutritional games and quizzes, fitness circuits and learn about healthy meal planning and preparation. There is a big emphasis on everyone involved having fun.
The programme was established to combat the growing number of children that are overweight in the UK. Classes will soon be available at Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Clubs in towns and cities across the UK with expansion plans for the majority of franchise owners to be holding classes by the end of 2009.
