Customers are ringing because I use organic products

Safeclean 2008 Franchise Owner of the Year Richard Vaal has won the network's top award once before, in 2004. Now in his seventh year of trading, Richard was chosen from almost 70 Safeclean franchise owners across the UK for achieving consistently high standards and excellence in customer service. 'I am very flattered and proud to have won it again,' he remarks. 'It's been hard work and taken a lot of commitment and I'm delighted that my efforts have been recognised not only by my customers but also head office.'

Richard has made use of Safeclean's new innovations in its range of services to increase his offering to customers, including the recent introduction of the safe organic cleaning system. 'This has made a huge difference to the business,' he continues. 'With more and more people becoming aware of organic products on the market, customers are actually ringing me because I offer cleaning using organic products.'
