The awards recognise franchisors that set a example to the rest, always strive for excellence in ethical management and offer the strongest franchisee support.

The British Franchise Association (bfa) commented: "From developing new systems to enterprising and innovative initiatives, the award is given to the best all-round franchisor."

The winners will be announced at the bfa HSBC Franchisor of the Year Awards gala dinner on Thursday July 4 2013 at the Honorary Artillery Company, London.
