A Signs Express franchisee from Croydon will today go head to head with a category judge as he battles it out for a coveted business accolade.

The south London branch was nominated in the category ‘Best Business for Customer Service’ category for this year’s Croydon Business Awards but now his business will be scrutinised by industry experts.

Branch owner Richard Worsley said he was “thrilled” and added: “Customer service is our main priority. Providing outstanding service ensures customer retention and new client opportunities.”

The Signs Express franchise currently has 70 branches. Croydon opened in 1996.
