Subway agrees 300 leases throughout UK
Sandwich chain franchise Subway has agreed 300 leases through property law firm Fraser Brown. Although the leases have been for sites throughout the UK they have mainly been focused in the Midlands, London and the South. Subway is currently expanding its outlets in the UK and aims to have 2,010 stores by 2010.
'We have established a specialist franchise team here at Fraser Brown,' says Patrick Wood, Head of Fraser Brown's Franchise Department. 'Franchising is a rapidly growing area of business and we have developed a package especially for franchisees. This covers all of the legal services that they are likely to require when in business, ranging from help with employment issues, through to debt recovery and litigation.'
