TaxAssist Accountants introduces employment law support service

TaxAssist Accountants has introduced an employment law support service known as 'Employmentor,' to help franchisees and clients operating a business for the first time successfully negotiate their way around the employment minefield. 'Employmentor' is a division of Leathes Prior Solicitors and provides a variety of legal services to business and private individuals.

Through 'Employmentor,' employers will have access to a telephone and email support service staffed by qualified employment lawyers with a speciality in franchising. Employers will also have online access to general information such as procedural guidelines, precedent model letters and templates. 'Employmentor' also enables employers to put into place up-to-date recruitment and management systems that comply with legal requirements.

Business Development Director of TaxAssist Accountants Sarah Robertson (pictured) says: 'The network is experiencing the benefits that 'Employmentor' offers, not just to themselves as employers but more importantly to their business. TaxAssist Accountants also values the ability to recommend a reputable employment law service to its clients as a welcome enhancement to the service/package the company offers.'
