Taxation franchise invests in law service

Small business tax and accountancy franchise TaxAssist Accountants has enlisted the help of Leathes Prior Solicitors to provide a specialist HR and Employment Law service to all its shop-based franchisees.

TaxAssist Accountants has encouraged all its franchisees to use 'Employmentor', believing it will not only help them deal with a range of employment law issues, but also save them considerable time and money.

'Employmentor enables us to supply all our franchisees with a straightforward, easy to use employment law package effectively,' states TaxAssist Accountants Chief Executive Karl Sandall. 'This increases the support to our network and allows the franchisee to run their business and staff more smoothly than ever before.'

Dan Chapman, a Partner at Leathes Prior Solicitors and responsible for the Employmentor service, adds: 'I am delighted to work alongside TaxAssist Accountants on this project. It is to TaxAssist Accountants' enormous credit that they have recognised the importance for small businesses in having cost-effective professional help to deal with the complex maze of employment law and HR problems. By rolling out our bespoke Employmentor service to the entire TaxAssist Accountants network we hope to play a small part in the continuing success of their franchisees.'
