Training Provided: Initial programme of six days and an advanced course of two to three days within a month; then training support during launch period, monthly coaching as well as peer franchise owner boards and two conferences per annum.

Support Services Provided: Invoicing, billing and collection services are undertaken for franchise owners. Satellite website support is part of package. Access to library of resources and intranets. A membership and franchise owner rewards scheme.
