What does a TAB franchise owner do?
As a TAB franchise owner, you will facilitate and chair monthly peer board meetings of business owners and Managing Directors of privately owned companies.
These peer advisory boards typically consist of 10 members from non-competing businesses. Meeting monthly, TAB Board members operate in a confidential, ‘think tank’ atmosphere where they can present challenges and opportunities for seasoned, practical advice from other members and their facilitator.
In addition to facilitating TAB Board meetings, you will also provide private one-to-one coaching sessions utilising the easy to use Strategic Business Leadership (SBL) process, one of the many proprietary tools available. You will help owners define their personal and business visions, as well as the goals, strategies and action plans to achieve those visions. With SBL, you will support business owners in strategically leading their businesses to greater profitability and success.
More than 200 TAB facilitators and coaches now conduct monthly board meetings across the UK, USA, Canada and South America. Since its inception, thousands of businesses have benefitted from the TAB process.

The initial investment of £60,000 + VAT includes the franchise fee, initial and ongoing training, and working capital including your launch marketing fund. You will require a minimum of £30,000 of liquid funds if you are intending to borrow the balance of the initial investment.
