Training Provided:
Three separate weeks (two residential). Basic food hygiene and customer service to business administration and leadership training.

On-going analysis of KPIs, careful selection of quality suppliers and cooking equipment, regular visits to franchise owner premises, constant programme of research and development relating to the entire business method.
