Franchise aims to expand network

The Video Inventory Agency (TVIA), which provides video inventories to the property market, is expanding its franchise network.

Launched in 2009, TVIA offers state-of-the-art video inventories for letting agents, landlords and tenants looking to protect their assets by recording the condition of their rental property and its contents.

The company is now looking for a new wave of local franchise owners to take the business to the next level. TVIA offers potential franchise owners an easily replicable business model that delivers a secure income stream. With a minimum investment of £5,000 franchise owners can expect to earn up to £30,000 per annum on part-time basis - and more full time - delivering high quality video inventories for UK landlords and residential property companies. No prior experience is required.

TVIA founder Frazer Fearnhead said: "We're very excited to be able to offer such a unique franchising opportunity. We're looking for passionate individuals who are looking for a secure business opportunity that will deliver a genuine financial return. TVIA is a fantastic company to work with and we pledge to look after our franchise owners every step of the way."

As a result of improperly prepared inventories and a lack of proper evidence, landlords now have less than a one in ten chance of winning in the case of a deposit dispute. Last year, 92 per cent of cases were found in favour of the tenant, costing landlords an estimated £12 million in lost claims.

One year after its launch, TVIA provides video inventories for clients such as Winkworth, Belvoir Lettings, Watersons and Martin & Co while franchise owners deliver evidential solutions for over 200 letting agents, property managers and landlords throughout the country.
