Your chance to shine with UK Commercial Cleaning Ltd

UK Commercial Cleaning Ltd (UKCC) is rapidly becoming a major player within the industrial and commercial cleaning industry. Since its launch in 2004, the company has grown rapidly as a result of the consistently excellent service it provides to its existing customer base. Not only has UKCC secured contracts from big names among hotels, restaurants and care groups, it also carries some of the best-known accreditations in the industry including SAFEcontractor and CHAS.

If UKCC founder Tony Earnshaw may have a familiar face, that is because he is one of the select few to have emerged from the BBC2’s Dragons’ Den not only unscathed, but with the investment of one of the Dragons – Duncan Bannatyne.

Many new industrial premises have opened throughout the UK, which UKCC serves with a fleet of fully equipped vans providing national coverage for all aspects of industrial and commercial deep cleaning. UKCC is now looking to expand its services further across the UK with a network of franchise owners to help the company become one of the country’s leading commercial and industrial cleaning service provider.

Be part of a growing business

Having refined its methods, systems and presentation, UKCC is looking to expand its services across the UK with franchise owners who share its vision of becoming the UK’s leading commercial and industrial cleaning service provider. Combining its proven methodologies with the drive and determination of its franchise owners, UKCC will become a force to be reckoned with nationwide within the sector.

In return, franchise owners receive invaluable skills training, a proven business formula, personalised support, a strong brand name, and an unmatched opportunity to enjoy the financial rewards of the lucrative commercial and industrial cleaning sector.

The franchise opportunity

With pressure building up for us all to be more productive, and with demands on customer service becoming more intense, it’s crucial that UKCC’s clients understand the company is doing everything in its power to make their lives better.

Since it was established, UKCC has grown to the stage where it has the potential to be one of the leading commercial cleaning businesses in the UK.

UKCC’s goal is to go beyond its existing service levels, to provide its client companies with an ever-cleaner environment.

As a management franchise, UKCC depends upon the total commitment of its franchise owners, who share its drive to succeed in achieving its goal in the UK and possibly beyond.

Earnings potential

The UKCC franchise opportunity represents a challenging and rewarding business proposition, with good anticipated return on investment. The potential income that can be generated by a franchise owner in the first year or two is equally attractive.

The UK’s commercial and industrial cleaning industry is worth billions of pounds and has weathered the storm of recession well. Detailed research has been carried out by Asset Skills on the sector, which estimates cleaning is responsible for the employment of roughly one in 27 members of the working population.

The reputation UKCC has built up through contract work in both the commercial and industrial cleaning sectors is a good indicator that UKCC is poised to take advantage of this increase. UKCC is constantly reviewing and developing the services it offers to its clients: nationally recognised companies and local operations. All must receive the same high level of service, quality and customer care, whether they choose a one-off clean, a more frequent but irregular visit, or a fixed-visit contract.

UKCC provides a wide range of cleaning services:
