The brand new awards, organised by Restaurant magazine, seek to recognise the best menus, dishes and multi-site chefs across the restaurant and pub sector.

YO! Sushi’s menu has always been at the forefront of Japanese cuisine in the UK for the past 16 years, showcasing the very best culinary delights, innovations and new tastes that Japan has to offer including being the first UK restaurant group to bring popular Japanese rice burgers to the UK. Growing from an offering of 40 dishes back in 1997 to a fantastic wide selection of 80 dishes today, the menu includes a whole host of hot and cold street food favourites and regional specialities that continue to make the nations mouth water, whether they love meat, fish or vegetables.
