Caremark (Bromley) has won the company’s Achievement Award, which was presented at Caremark’s Annual Conference held in Northamptonshire.

The Achievement Award was one of the top three awards among a total of 10, presented in recognition of a franchise owner who has made significant, broad achievements over the last year under challenging circumstances.

Sean Cragg, International Development Director at Caremark International, and Anne O’Rourke, National Support Manager at Caremark Ltd, presented the award to Sharon Dhillon, franchise owner of Caremark (Bromley).

Dhillon said: “I feel privileged to win this award, as I know how each and every franchise works so hard throughout the year. I really owe a big thank you to my husband and registered Care Manager for their ongoing hard work in the business and all their support through the past year, which allowed Caremark (Bromley) to achieve so much. The hard work really does pay off in the end.”

The Conference focused on making a difference through the provision of the highest standards of care. Some 60 delegates gathered for a day of workshops and presentations, centering around both business strategies as well as the delivery of a high quality, compassionate care services and the impact that would have on both an individual and their families.

Cragg added: “Delays with the CQC meant that Sharon had to wait 12 weeks to get an interview date. However, she used this time wisely and her patience and tenacity has paid off.”
