Anderson has recently expanded her business to open a new office in High Wycombe on the back of her original successes in Aylesbury.

Anderson said of her astonishing achievement: “It’s brilliant to be recognised for all the hard work which contributes towards Caremark’s success, especially at such prestigious awards. I became a Caremark franchisee at a challenging time when cuts were being introduced but this spurred me on to drive the business forward and we have since grown from strength to strength. At Caremark we pride ourselves on our staff, and the team excels at ensuring only the best level of service is provided for all of those we look after. I’m thrilled this effort has been rewarded and excited for what the future has in store.”

Caremark CEO, Kevin Lewis added: “Many, many congratulations must go to Janis on winning this major UK franchise industry award as well as taking the top prize for her own category of Female Franchisee of the Year. This is a fantastic achievement and very well deserved. Anderson collected the award at a prestigious awards ceremony at Birmingham's ICC on October 3.
