Sam Brocklebank, Director and co-founder of the UK franchise and Ruth Brown, Head of Franchise Development will deliver an interactive case study workshop on “Being an award-winning franchise.”

The main objective of the workshop is intended to give delegates an insight into what makes Home Instead a success, why they stand out from the crowd and what impact this has on their franchisees.

Brocklebank commented: “We have won many awards for both the success of our business and the quality of our care. We hope that we will communicate our business ethos and provide a thought provoking and lively session for the delegates.”
