Smart repairs franchise Revive! has appointed new Business Development Officer Darren Hawkins after his predecessor left his post to set up his own Revive! franchise.
"I have worked within franchising for more than eight years for some of the largest, oldest and well known brands in the UK," explained Darren. "All of these companies had successful multi van operations within their network, so fitting in with the Revive! vision of growth was uncomplicated."My role as Business Development Officer will help ensure continued growth within the Revive! network and I am tasked with providing the motivation for each franchise owner to evolve into a multi van operation.
"Revive! is exciting, dynamic, and progressive. Training - a vital part of the franchise owner set up - is something I feel gives the network a solid grounding. The general outlook of the company towards the growth of the business with the national accounts and partnerships is really exciting. It provides our franchise owners with an excellent opportunity to flourish, which for me is a must. It would be more difficult working with a company that did not have this growth potential."
David added that his main challenge will be providing franchise owners with the personal confidence to switch from a single to a multi van operation.
"Everything else at Revive! is in place to help franchise owners expand their business, whether it is on-going Technical Training, Operational Support, or the provision of additional work through its base of National Accounts," he said.
"Having visited the majority of the 80+ vans in the network, it is refreshing to witness an extremely positive Revive! vibe, and with just a little encouragement plans are now in place for a number of franchise owners to add additional vans."
