The conference included speakers Dr Paul Thomas with a thought provoking lecture on ways to reimagine business processes and to generate results. In addition, experts in social media and auto bodywork ensured the audience were thoroughly educated and entertained. In the subsequent awards ceremony, Cambridge franchise owner, Nathan Holmes took the coveted Franchisee of the Year Award 2013 after 12 months of excellent results and innovation.
Also, Matt Woodhall from Bath and Michal Lepiarz from Basingstoke were recognised with Outstanding Service Delivery and Outstanding Sales Achievement awards respectively.
