Bluebird Care continues to soar

New National Accounts

UK and Ireland-based healthcare sector franchise Bluebird Care has opened an average of 23 offices every year since it began franchising seven years ago.
Franchise Recruitment Manager Annetta Doyle says: “Since we started franchising in 2006, we’ve worked hard to maintain momentum in the business and we now have more than 170 offices.“With the reputation the brand has for providing a high quality of care, it is not surprising that the likes of Bupa and Allianz Insurance approached Bluebird Care for us to work with them.“As these business relationships develop, we expect to see significant opportunities for our franchise owners – that’s one of the benefits of being part of the Bluebird Care franchise network.”

Increased franchise network support

In early May, Bluebird Care announced two new additions to the support team. Darren Guy is Bluebird Care’s sixth field-based Business Development Manager and experienced care professional Liz Walker will maintain Bluebird Care’s high standards as Quality Assurance Manager. The appointments form part of Bluebird Care’s strategy to continue investing in the brand and enhance the support and offering to their franchise owners. Franchise Director Simon Dalziel says: “Our commitment to supporting and developing franchise owners’ businesses has always put us ahead and these two new appointments will continue to do this.”Although growing, Bluebird Care has room for more franchise owners. “Whilst we continue to grow strongly, we still have franchise opportunities in many parts of the UK as we strive to complete the network,” adds Annetta.

Roadshows

Although Bluebird Care is enjoying strong growth, opportunities are being offered in parts of the UK as the firm continues to complete the network. To find suitable franchise owners, Bluebird Care is continuing its successful 2012 recruitment drive (our latest franchise owners are pictured above).Simon says: “These events, which are attended by the banks and local franchise owners, give people the chance to hear about the opportunity we offer from a number of different sources.” “We receive many enquiries for the franchise and pride ourselves on recruiting new franchise owners as opposed to selling franchises. People have to be right for us as much as we have to be right for them,” he added. “The care sector continues to offer a fantastic opportunity to grow a successful and profitable business,” says Annetta “but choosing the right franchise is key to success.”
