Before joining, Dublcheck, Chris Leicester worked as a Senior Manager for the county council for 16 years while also pursuing his passion for property development. One day at the gym, Chris heard a Dublcheck advert on the radio, which sparked some memories.
“It was all a bit of a strange coincidence really,” recalls Chris. “I first heard about Dublcheck over 18 years ago when I was working in the loans department at the county council. Dublcheck’s founder and Chairman, Carol Stewart-Gill (pictured right), came to us requesting a business loan.
“Even back then I could see the huge potential in the business, so I was interested to see how the business had developed and decided to get in touch.”
Chris met Carol Stewart-Gill to discuss the commercial cleaning franchise and to see if it was the right opportunity for him.
“I was looking for a business that would provide me with flexibility, as I have family commitments, with good earning potential and the chance to showcase my management skills.
