Your investment
The initial investment for a Suit the City franchise is £19,950 + VAT and a monthly Marketing Levy, which will pay for specific local advertising in your territory for the first three months. After three months it is put towards the national advertising budget. As with most franchises, there is also a management services fee of 10 per cent of your turnover (net of VAT). This is to cover the cost of the ongoing support on offer. You can start marketing your business as soon as you have signed the contract.
