Steve Smout from Cowbridge in the Vale of Glamorgan has acquired the 100th franchise and is currently receiving training at Action's corporate facility in Las Vegas. He will be assisting business owners in the South Wales area to grow their businesses and realise their commercial and personal goals. A former agricultural graduate, Steve decided to take on a business coaching franchise after running a successful loss adjusting business.
