Car valeting franchise wins new contract

Autosheen Professional Car Care has strengthened its franchise by securing a national contract. Austosheen has partnered with Streetcar, a car club company that offers a range of BMW and VW vehicles for business and pleasure.

Streetcar's Fleet Operations Manager, Phil Day, said: "Streetcar's executive members naturally expect vehicles to be in pristine condition, so top quality valeting services are essential to the ongoing success of our business. It's clear to us that brand leader, Autosheen, has the necessary infrastructure, capability and passion to deliver the same high quality of service our customers have come to associate with every aspect of our brand."

Autosheen's Managing Director, Paul Fennell, said: "We are proud and delighted that this highly regarded market leader has selected Autosheen to provide valeting services. While Streetcar will continue to use their in-house maintenance team to care for their cars in London, Autosheen will be benefiting from the company's expansion in other areas including Oxford, Cambridge and Scotland."

Autosheen has also renewed and upgraded its agreement with insurance giant MoreTh>n, following the success of an incentive scheme where MoreTh>n customers were offered a free valet from Autosheen when they renewed their car insurance. The trial scheme initially supplied 100 Autosheen valet vouchers, which were quickly snapped up, leading to MoreTh>n requesting 500 additional vouchers.

Fennel added: "This agreement with MoreTh>n generates a 'bread and butter' income for franchise owners, while introducing more potential customers to the Austosheen experience."
