Two new franchise owners have joined BCR Associates, bringing the number of franchise owners in the network to 20.

Andy Chesworth, from Stockport near Manchester, and Chris Hodson, from Cheltenham, both joined BCR Associates last month. The addition of Chesworth and Hodson to the network means that in the first four months of this year seven new franchise owners have joined the business.

Chesworth is a qualified nuclear engineer who brings in excess of 20 years of experience in business development and Senior Management to his new role. As a Divisional Manager for one of Europe’s largest engineering consultancies, Chesworth is well versed in nurturing and developing prosperous client relationships so is ideally suited to the BCR Associates franchise opportunity. Having taken advantage of the company’s ‘try before you buy’ offer, the new Manchester-based franchise owner has already had direct experience of how the BCR Associates business model works.

Hodson has spent over 15 years in the commercial recruitment sector and for the last five years he has focused on running his own consultancy, which provides specialist counsel for companies looking to benefit from the Welfare to Work social policy.
