From office junior to joint franchise owner

Cara said: "I was 17 when I started working at Belvoir Peterborough. I was doing my AS Levels and I decided to leave school because I wasn't enjoying it.
"I was keen to start work, so when the opportunity of an office junior position came up at Belvoir I decided to take it."
Cara started off her career with Belvoir by filing, making cups of tea, general admin and updating the website. However, when another position became available, she took the opportunity to increase her responsibilities.
Cara added: "I'm 22 now and my role has changed significantly over the last four and half years. I'm now the Operation's Manager across Belvoir Peterborough, Corby and Cambridge and I recently became a joint franchise owner too."
