Card Connection launches new party range

Greeting card publisher and franchisor, Card Connection has launched a new Party gift range. The range consists of birthday candles, flashing birthday boy and girl badges, banners, streamers and balloons. The new addition compliments Card Connection's extensive range of greeting cards to make any occasion special.

The new party packs will be distributed by Card Connection's network of franchise owners nationwide and will be available in stores including Costcutter, Nisa, CJ Lang and Bookers.

Card Connections is the UK's most successful card publishers and is the market leader in the franchised distribution of greeting cards, it currently distributes greeting cards to around 15,000 outlets through its network of 85 franchise owner.

Sales and franchise Director of Card Connection, Andrew Cutler said: "The party range is a selection of high quality products that follow on from the success of our other Gift Connection and Cardfetti additions. We have already seen strong interest from retail customers at the Nisa and Pro-Retail show and as a result, we anticipate excellent sales of this innovative product line."

The Party range is displayed on its own slat wall boards and looks professional and appealing for consumers. Like Card Connection's range of more than 1,200 greeting cards, the new products are available to retailers through Card Connection's franchise owners on a consignment basis. The stock and display equipment is installed on a free loan to the retailer by Card Connection franchise owners and the retailers only pay for what they sell.

Ideally prospective Card Connection franchise owners will have some management experience as, once established, they would be expected to recruit a small team, operate a warehouse and have several liveried vans on the road.

Because the franchise networks in the UK and Ireland are complete, the available opportunities now consist of acquiring an already-established territory from an existing franchise owner. These vary in price according to their level of development but start at £20,000 with earnings potential in excess of £50,000 per annum.
