My wife and I were introduced to Caremark through friends of ours who had bought a Caremark franchise and were greatly impressed with the business. I previously ran my own accountancy business and my wife worked as a pharmaceutical representative. We both wanted to do something different and home care was one of the areas we were looking into so when our friends told us about Caremark we were quickly enthused about the idea.

The initial two week training course we went on was incredible. It provided us with a depth of knowledge about the business, as well as covering the nuts and bolts about how the business works including the financial and administrative aspects.

We are due to open our office in January and I'm looking forward to making a difference to the people who we will be servicing. On the training course we were taken to meet clients and saw the difference home care makes to people's lives. Within 12 months of getting our first office up and running we want to expand into a second territory and within 18 months we aim to have our third.
