New Care Manager at Caremark

Gail Jones has joined the expanding team at Caremark to implement her expertise within the company owned office at Pulborough. Gail, who has successfully opened and developed a domiciliary agency previously, is confident that Caremark offers her an exciting and rewarding new challenge.

'I had decided to relocate back to the West Sussex area and was delighted to find Caremark would offer me the opportunity to further my career, develop the business and grow an already successful team,' she comments. 'I am extremely confident in the brand and the pace at which potential franchisees are being appointed. This in turn clearly strengthens my belief in the company.'

Gail will be dealing specifically with the West Sussex region for Caremark and is approaching this with her typical confidence and vivaciousness. Kevin Lewis, Caremark Founder and Managing Director, felt that the recruitment of Gail in such a key role bodes very well for the future. It was necessary for Caremark to relocate to new larger premises due to their massive growth in recent months. Says Kevin: 'We outgrew the smaller offices we had in Storrington owing to the growth of both staff and clients in addition to the success of the franchising division. Moving to larger premises has allowed us to plan more effectively for future expansion, which is vital, due to the fact we are now extremely busy in both areas.'
