From its beginnings in Vancouver, Canada, Esquires started franchising in 1999 and has established outlets worldwide. Esquires stores can currently be found across England, Scotland, New Zealand, Fiji, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain and China. In Ireland, there are currently seven stores with a number of further openings planned for this year.

Esquires has refined the coffee house concept to provide one of the best franchise operations in the rapidly growing café-culture world. The company is keen to expand in Northern Ireland and is looking for a suitable Master Franchise Owner to capitalise on the growing demand for gourmet coffee and excellent food presented in comfortable surroundings. The owner will enjoy exclusive rights to establish a company-owned network and/or develop sub franchises within Northern Ireland. With the second option, you are in charge of building a successful network of profitable stores within your territory.

Although potential Master Franchise Owners won’t need a background in catering or retailing, they will need the strong commitment and determination required to maintain the expected Esquires Coffee House high standards. They will need a strong work ethic and a track record of success.

They will also need a true passion for customer service excellence.

Last but not least, potential owners will need to qualify financially, details of which will be discussed at time of interview.
