Why an Esquires coffee franchise is a great investment in 2015

Last year was one of Esquires Coffee’s most successful years to date. In 2014, the global, premium coffee house chain opened its 20th store in China, signed up a Master Franchisee in Cyprus and finalised the deal on a master franchise license for Indonesia, which will see the brand open 40 new stores. In the UK, Esquires began the first stage of its nationwide re-brand with its Durham store, which has experienced phenomenal week on week sales growth since it re-opened in October 2014.

Esquires Coffee, which operates not only in the UK and Ireland, but also in New Zealand, Australia, Canada, the Middle East and China, is getting ready for its biggest year of growth to date. The brand is planning to add another 18 stores to its existing 25 by the end of 2015, solidifying the brand’s place in the UK premium coffee house market. Along with plans for growth in the UK, new global territories are being signed up on a regular basis. Esquires is certainly looking to capitalise on its recent success in 2015.

Along with plans for growth and the national re-brand, Esquires is also working on improving its food offering to feature a more premium artisan range of sandwiches, salads and hot food. Managing Director and Co-Founder, Doug Williamson says: “At Esquires we strive to offer the very best beverage and food offering on the market. We are constantly evaluating our product range to ensure we have the best quality and choice for our customers. We also value the importance of localisation and giving back to the community; we encourage our franchise owners to personalise their product offering through sourcing great quality products from local suppliers where they can.” This all links up with Esquires ethos of being a community coffee chain that gives back however it can.
